Customers must contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, or e-mail within 2 days of receiving the order to request a return, exchange, or refund.
After confirmation, we will arrange a pickup or courier service and inform you of the applicable return and redelivery charges.
All items must be returned in their original condition — new, unused, unwashed, free from stains or makeup, and with original tags attached.
Return Process

Pack the product securely in the same manner it was received.

Attach a label with our sender address clearly on the front of the package.

Once received, the item will undergo a Quality Control (QC) inspection.

If the product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return/refund/exchange request.
Refunds & Exchanges
Cash refunds are available ONLY for orders paid via bank transfer.
Refunds are processed only if the product is in perfect original condition and passes QC inspection.

A Rs. 50/= refund processing charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Exchanges are available for:

Another item of equal value.
